IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All ingredients are written to the best of our knowledge and are updated as best as we can. Customers need to refer to the packaging of the item for a more up-to-date ingredient list.
The sizing and description of the product is also written to the best of our knowledge.
The pictures are taken to the best of our ability. The colour of the products may vary in pictures vs real life.
Pictures online may look bigger or smaller than it is, it is best to either refer to the the product net weight of the item to roughly determine how big it would be. Or if more information is needed, customers can inquire.
The colour of a product may vary from person to person & on varying skin colours when using.
If an item is said to be targeted for dry skin, oily skin, sensitive skin, etc, it is categorised to the best of our knowledge. How a product works on different skin types may be different from person to person. For example, if the product says hypoallergenic but it is still sensitive to your skin. In this case, the product should stop being used. Or if the product is said to target oily skin, but it doesn't do the job you had hoped. All categories are recommendations and not 100% definitive.
We are not the manufacturers of the products, we are a business selling varying brands' products so if there is a problem with how ‘good' the product is, or if it doesn't do what it apparently is made for, we are not responsible for that.
Our prices are said to be either the same or cheaper than retail shops such Superdrug, Boots, and/or the product brands website. The statement only relates to those stores. It also does not relate to any sale/discounted items those stores are providing. It does not relate to any other stores apart from the ones stated.
Prices are bound to change from time to time on competitive websites. We aim to try our best to keep this up to date to make sure our prices are either matched or lower. If it is not, feel free to inform us and we can make any necessary changes.
Prices of products can change at any time without warning.
We are not responsible for incorrect input of information such as addresses, contact numbers and/or names. If there are any changes, or if you input any wrong information, you must get into contact with us as soon as possible.
We do not condone any abuse, disruption, etc on our website. We have the right to refuse an order if this is the case.
Some product items may have bilingual packaging.

REFUND POLICY

Our policy allows for you to return a product and receive a refund within 30 days of purchase. However, due to the nature of the products being cosmetic products, returns are only possible if you change your mind on the product. Therefore, the product must be sealed, unused & in its original packaging for us to accept the return. If more than the allowed time has passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or accept a return.
To complete your return, we require you to complete the returns slip provided in your delivery. Please send your returns back to the address given on the returns slip provided with your order. If possible, please use the original packaging.

On receipt of your item, we will inform you whether or not your refund request was successful, and, if successful, credit will be restored to your original method of payment. Unfortunately, refunds can only be provided on full-price items and not sale items.

Please note, the cost of the return will not be paid for by Kosmetic Paradise. Returns sent are at the customers own cost and liability.

If you change your mind after submitting your order, please get into contact with us straight away so we can make amends if needed. Once your order has been posted, changes cannot be made.

If there happens to be any faulty problems with a product, an email must be sent to us informing us of the problem as soon as possible. Each case will be assessed and handled accordingly.
