Our policy allows for you to return a product and receive a refund within 30 days of purchase. However, due to the nature of the products being cosmetic products, returns are only possible if you change your mind on the product. Therefore, the product must be sealed, unused & in its original packaging for us to accept the return. If more than the allowed time has passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or accept a return.
To complete your return, we require you to complete the returns slip provided in your delivery. Please send your returns back to the address given on the returns slip provided with your order. If possible, please use the original packaging.
On receipt of your item, we will inform you whether or not your refund request was successful, and, if successful, credit will be restored to your original method of payment. Unfortunately, refunds can only be provided on full-price items and not sale items.
Please note, the cost of the return will not be paid for by Kosmetic Paradise. Returns sent are at the customers own cost and liability.
If you change your mind after submitting your order, please get into contact with us straight away so we can make amends if needed. Once your order has been posted, changes cannot be made.
If there happens to be any faulty problems with a product, an email must be sent to us informing us of the problem as soon as possible. Each case will be assessed and handled accordingly.
