Q: Are all the products sold vegan?

A: Some products may be vegan, some may not. If it is vegan, it will be stated in the description. If you want to make doubly sure an item is vegan, feel free to email our makeup wholesalers and ask.

Q: There's a problem with my order. What do I do?

A: If there is a problem with your order, please email us so we can get the problem sorted as soon as possible!

Q: What is your shipping/delivery options?

A: As makeup wholesalers we offer free delivery to the UK for orders over £25. Orders below that amount, and orders to other locations may be subject to a delivery charge.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: Our policy allows for you to return a product and receive a refund within 30 days of purchase. However, due to the nature of the products being cosmetic products, returns are only possible if you change your mind on the product. Therefore, the product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging for us to accept the return. If more than the allowed time has passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or accept a return.

To complete your return, we require you to complete the returns slip provided in your delivery. Please send your returns back to the address given on the returns slip provided with your order. If possible, please use the original packaging.

On receipt of your item, we will inform you whether or not your refund request was successful, and, if successful, credit will be restored to your original method of payment. Unfortunately, refunds can only be provided on full-price items and not sale items.

Please note, the cost of the return will not be paid for by Kosmetic Paradise. Returns sent are at the customer's own cost and liability.

If you change your mind after submitting your order, please get into contact with us straight away so we can make amends if needed. Once your order has been posted, changes cannot be made.

If there happens to be any faulty problems with a product, an email must be sent to us informing us of the problem as soon as possible. Each case will be assessed and handled accordingly.

Q: Where is my order?

A: Standard UK tracked delivery via Royal Mail takes around 2-3 working days after it is dispatched. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of the order being placed. In total, please allow 4-5 working days after placing your order.

Please note, busier periods may result in delivery delays and due to this, we kindly ask for you to allow a few extra days on top of these estimated time frames.

If your order still hasn't arrived after this extended time, please contact us and we can look into this further for you.

We are not responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs or transportation strikes or delays.

Q: How much is posting and packaging?

A: Standard UK tracked delivery via Royal Mail costs £3.99. For free delivery, the minimum spend is £25.
